In our kitchen, we consistently rely on fresh, regional ingredients – such as eggs from a farm in the Hunsrück region, mineral water from the Volcanic Eifel, and wines from the best vineyards of the Moselle. Pre-made products have no place here. Instead, daily deliveries guarantee the freshness you can taste on your plate.

Kues, the "Pearl of the Middle Moselle," is an attractive destination year-round for wine lovers, vacationers, and those seeking something special with a touch of romance. Bernkastel-Kues, with its many beautiful shops and boutiques housed in medieval half-timbered buildings, offers an excellent opportunity to combine culture and shopping.

In our live cooking restaurant, you can watch your dishes being prepared. In the evenings, a daily changing **4-course menu** awaits you.

Ice bathing at the Lifestyle Resort Zum Kurfürsten is about a conscious moment: arriving, breathing calmly, slowly immersing yourself and perceiving how the body reacts to the cold.
Our ice bath is **3 to 5 °C**. Guided sessions take place at **13:30 pm and 15:30 pm** and cost **€9 per person**.
