With Longevity, a new umbrella is being created at the Lifestyle Resort Zum Kurfürsten for what has always characterized our establishment: holistic thinking, conscious relaxation and individual impulses for a good feeling of life.

Our three pillars – TCM by Kurfürsten, Longevity applications and Retreat – complement each other to form a coherent overall concept. In this way, we combine experience, modern wellbeing ideas and retreat to create a new form of quality of life.

TCM by Kurfürsten

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) by Kurfürsten remains an integral part of our establishment. Here, the focus is on the individual as a whole – with experience, a holistic approach, and the understanding that well-being arises from the interplay of many levels.

Longevity applications

Selected applications complement our understanding of longevity with new perspectives on well-being, resonance, and conscious regeneration. These include offerings such as Bewei, Brain-Light, head massage, as well as other applications and stimuli that address energy, vibration, and inner balance.

Retreat

For us, retreat means consciously taking time for yourself. Through courses, preventative health programs, mindfulness, and relaxing experiences, we create spaces for regeneration, slowing down, and finding new inner direction.

In our in-house TCM center, we combine millennia-old knowledge with modern relaxation techniques. Whether acupuncture, cupping, TCM massage, or a thorough constitutional analysis – every treatment is individually tailored to you and aims to restore your inner balance.

It's about more than just relaxation: it's about new energy, holistic well-being and noticeable regeneration – from the inside out.

Retreat experiences

certified & refundable

Our retreat programs are certified according to § 20 SGB V and are subsidized by many statutory health insurance companies. If you participate in a full week-long course, you will receive a certificate for your health insurance company, which we will conveniently send to you by post after your departure.

This offers multiple benefits: You attend certified preventative health courses that combine relaxation, exercise, and health education, and can simultaneously receive a refund of up to €95 per course week*. The combination with your wellness holiday is particularly attractive , as it allows you to perfectly combine relaxation and health promotion.

*Please note: The amount of reimbursement may vary depending on your health insurance provider. We recommend that you inquire about your individual entitlements beforehand.

Arriving by car

Free parking is available directly at the hotel for guests arriving by car. Our resort is well signposted and easily accessible via the A1 motorway and the B50 federal highway.

Arrival by train

If you prefer to travel by train, please select Wittlich Hauptbahnhof as your destination station. This is located approximately 18 kilometers from Bernkastel-Kues.

Plan your train connection directly via the Deutsche Bahn.

If you wish, we will be happy to organize your onward journey by taxi:

Standard taxi for up to 4 people: approx. 39 euros per trip
Large taxi for 4 or more people: approx. 55 euros per trip
