Do you want to cancel your online order, course booking, voucher purchase, or reservation? You can easily and quickly declare your cancellation online here.
Important legal notice: This cancellation form is intended exclusively for Consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB (Private customers). The statutory right of withdrawal is 14 days from the conclusion of the contract (date of purchase or booking). After this period, or in the case of business customers (B2B), statutory withdrawal is no longer possible. Exception for room/package bookings (Flexrate): Please note that different legal regulations apply to bookings of hotel rooms or package deals only. Because we want to offer you maximum flexibility, many of our room and package deals can be booked independently of the right of withdrawal. Free cancellation up to 1 day before arrival If you only wish to cancel a room/package booking within this period, you do not need to fill out a cancellation form – simply send us a short message to our reservations department or give us a call.
Important note regarding the premature expiry of the right of withdrawal: Your right of withdrawal may expire prematurely if the service has been fully provided at your express request before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period (e.g., if a booked course or spa treatment has already taken place or a voucher has already been redeemed).
