Mosel-Kir or Moselkir
The Moselle wine region has many delicacies in store, which you can also sample at our wellness hotel – the Mosel Kir, or Mosel Kir (Royal), is just one of them. Both the traditional Kir and the Kir Royal are mixed drinks based on blackcurrant liqueur, often the fine Crème de Cassis. The liqueur is topped up with white wine according to the bartender's or the guest's taste; the Royal version even includes a dry sparkling wine. The delicious Mosel Kir, on the other hand, is a tasty Kir cocktail made with liqueur from the delectable red vineyard peach of our region. You'll only find this red vineyard peach liqueur in designated growing areas – but you don't have to go searching for it yourself; we'll gladly serve you a Mosel Kir Classic or Royal in our hotel restaurant .
