The sauna has a temperature of 90 degrees. An infusion can temporarily increase the air temperature.
Please speak to the reception team if you would like an infusion. The muscles are very relaxed. There is a greater burden on the heart and circulatory system. People with acute cardiovascular problems and other acute health disorders should definitely consult a doctor before visiting the sauna.
