We use cookies and similar technologies. Some are essential for the operation of our website. Others we only use with your consent: to statistically evaluate the use of our website, to display content from external providers, and to promote our offers with marketing partners (Section 25 Paragraph 1 TDDDG, Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a GDPR).
Some providers also process data in third countries such as the USA. If no adequacy decision (e.g., EU-US Data Privacy Framework) applies to a provider, the transfer is based on your consent (Art. 49 para. 1 lit. a GDPR); there may not be a comparable level of data protection there, and authorities could access the data.
Your consent is voluntary and not required to use the website. You can withdraw or change it at any time with effect for the future – via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of each page or in our privacy policy.
Here you can individually specify which categories and services you allow. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be deactivated, otherwise the website will not function.
These technologies are essential for the operation of the website, e.g., to save your privacy preferences, provide online booking, and enable language selection. Legal basis: Section 25 Paragraph 2 No. 2 TDDDG, Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letters b and f GDPR.
Statistical services help us understand how visitors use our website so that we can improve it. The information is collected in pseudonymized form. Legal basis: Your consent (Section 25 Paragraph 1 TDDDG, Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a GDPR).
Marketing services are used by us and our advertising partners to measure the success of advertising campaigns and to show you relevant offers on other websites and platforms. Usage profiles may be created in this process. Legal basis: Your consent (Section 25 Paragraph 1 TDDDG, Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a GDPR).
Content from external platforms – such as forms or chat – will only be loaded after you have given your consent. In doing so, personal data such as your IP address will be transmitted to the respective provider. Legal basis: your consent (§ 25 para. 1 TDDDG, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

We use ReGuest (a messenger partner of vioma) for our chat service. The chat only loads and data such as your IP address is transmitted to the provider when you start it. Privacy policy
