Your arrival by car

Coming from Cologne on the A1 in the direction of Koblenz, exit Mayen on the A48, then again on the A1, exit Wittlich-Mitte, Bernkastel-Kues in the direction of Bernkastel-Kues.

Coming from Stuttgart, Frankfurt the A 61 exit Rheinböllen towards Hunsrückhöhenstrasse, exit Bernkastel-Kues.

Coming from Trier take the A1 exit Wittlich towards Bernkastel-Kues.

When you arrive in Bernkastel-Kues, follow the signs to Kurkliniken, Rehakliniken, in the direction of the Kueser Plateau. Once you have reached the Panoramastrasse, you will find the hotel at the end of the Panoramastrasse directly at the Kurpark.

Your trip with the train

Your destination station is Wittlich Hauptbahnhof. This is 18 km from Bernkastel-Kues. We will be happy to pick you up there by taxi. The price for a return trip with up to 4 people is currently around EUR 78,00. For a large taxi the costs are currently EUR 110,00.
Since the price can change, we ask you to inquire about the current price when making your reservation.

The usual allergens are properly identified by us. Unfortunately, we cannot deal with intolerances and allergies in individual cases,
however, refer to the dishes and menus that we have indicated with the relevant information.
Individual advice or the production of certain dishes according to your specifications is not possible.

We assume no liability for dishes that may have contents or residues from certain foods that cause intolerance in individual cases, especially in the case of celiac disease.

Our Offer rates and flat rates are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
These are due at the time of booking.
You can cancel our flex rates and flat rates up to 1 day before departure at no additional cost.

Cot

We are happy to provide a baby cot in your room. A deposit of €50,00 will be added to your bill for this. This deposit will, of course, be refunded upon your departure. Please let us know when making your reservation if you would like one.

Bathrobe

We provide towels, bathrobes and slippers free of charge. These are already in the room upon arrival.

We guarantee your room from 15 p.m.

If you will be arriving after 20:30 p.m., please let us know in advance.

If you arrive after 21:30 p.m. you will either receive a cold plate.

Check Out

On the day of departure, we ask you to leave your room by 12 noon.

Have you still booked treatments for the day of departure? No problem! Just talk to our reception staff.

Our Kurfürsten-Spa is available until 12 noon.

For a fee of EUR 44,00 per person, you can use the Kurfürsten Spa on
Arrival day from 12 p.m. and departure day until 20 p.m.

Please book this at least 24 hours in advance.
The occupancy of the room from 15 p.m. on the day of arrival and the release of the room by 12 noon on the day of departure remain unaffected.

DVD rental

We offer a selection of DVDs for rent.

The deposit per DVD is €10,00.

If there is no DVD player in your room, we will gladly lend you one free of charge. The deposit for the DVD player is €50,00.

Your deposit will be credited to you after you return the DVD and, if applicable, the DVD player.

You can obtain an overview of the films at reception.

Dress Code

Elegant, yes, but not stuffy – that's our answer. You can wear whatever you like with us. In our Restaurants We welcome you whether you dress sporty and casual, elegantly stylish, hip, trendy, or simply well-groomed. Whatever your personal style and how you feel. Gentlemen are kindly requested to wear covered shoulders, long trousers or at least knee-length trousers, and closed-toe shoes.

We would also be delighted if you would come to the Cook & Style restaurant in the afternoon in your bathrobe and enjoy our delicious food. Afternoon snack .

Please enter the spa area only while wearing the blue overshoes or bathing shoes. Swimwear is required in all pools. A clothes dryer for your wet swimwear is located in the changing room on the lower level of Pool House I. The saunas and steam rooms are clothing-optional zones and should be used without swimwear, with the exception of the Himalayan sauna by the panoramic pool. The cold plunge pool and the whirlpools in the rock grotto may be used without swimwear. The nudist outdoor area must also be used without swimwear.

Im Fitnessbereich Sportswear with sneakers is the safest option for you.

Within the Spinal gymnastics, conscious movement and yoga preferably with loose clothing that does not constrict you and socks for good and comfortable traction.

On Christmas and New Year's Eve, most of the guests in our house dress very festively, here we also see one or the other evening gown and tuxedo.

E cars can be charged with us for a fee.
Please report to the reception upon check-in. Charging is subject to a charge and depends on the current electricity prices.

e-bikes

Rent one of our modern e-bikes and explore the wonderful landscape. The price is 30,00 euros per bike per day.

When booking, please let us know which day we may reserve it for you.

Guests with a Black VIP Card receive this at a price of 20,00 euros per bike and day.

Unfortunately, we do not have children's bikes, and for insurance reasons, people under the age of 18 are not allowed to rent a bike without being accompanied by an adult.

You are welcome to arrive with bicycles. Please note that we are located above Bernkastel on the Kueser Plateau and you have to cycle up the vineyards. Unfortunately, we are unable to lock your bicycles.

Cycles

Rent one of our modern e-bikes and explore the wonderful landscape. The price is 30,00 euros per bike per day.

When booking, please let us know which day we may reserve it for you.

Guests with a Black VIP Card receive this at a price of 20,00 euros per bike and day.

We also have city bikes, which cost 15,00 euros per bike per day. They are free for our guests with a Black VIP Card.

Unfortunately, we do not have children's bikes, and for insurance reasons, people under the age of 18 are not allowed to rent a bike without being accompanied by an adult.

You are welcome to arrive with bicycles. Please note that we are located above Bernkastel on the Kueser Plateau and you have to cycle up the vineyards. Unfortunately, we are unable to lock your bicycles.

Flex rate

Our offer rates and flat rates are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
These are due at the time of booking.

Guest Contribution
The city of Bernkastel-Kues charges a guest contribution of €18 per person per night for adults over the age of 1,70. Children are exempt from the guest contribution.
This will be automatically added to your bill on site and is due upon departure.
In the case of a severe disability of 100%, the tourist tax is waived for both the person concerned and their companion.
We ask you to show us your severely handicapped ID card upon arrival.

You will receive your guest card by email one day before your arrival. 

Drinks
Coffee specialties, tea and juices are included at breakfast.
For the other meals, drinks are only included if you have booked the following arrangements
“Kurfürsten Spa – Deluxe”, “Wellness Times Deluxe' or 'Family's Best'

Voucher
When paying with a voucher, please give the voucher number / voucher code when making the reservation and at least one day before departure at the reception.
We only redeem paid vouchers.

Pets
Dogs are very welcome in our house.
Unfortunately, your four-legged friend is not allowed in the restaurants and the Kurfürsten Spa.

We would be happy if you let us know about your dog when you make your reservation. Then we will be happy to offer you the appropriate room category.

Dogs are allowed in all room categories, except for the Living Want to B double room, the double room and the single comfort room.

Your dog can sleep from € 12 to € 28 per day without food.

Towels
Towels and bathrobes are available from us free of charge. These are already in your room upon arrival.

mobile
Please do not use mobile phones in the entire spa area. If you still want to use your mobile phone in idle mode, please have the camera lens taped off at the wellness reception.

Air conditioning

All room styles, except those in the guesthouse of Villa BelVital, are equipped with air conditioning. During the colder months, the cooling function is switched off, and the air conditioning can be used to heat the room.

We offer courses such as spinal gymnastics, Nordic walking, and various courses related to longevity, including Qi Gong and mindfulness. Courses take place from Monday to Saturday. You can register at reception, where you will also find a notice board with current offerings and prices. Please note that not every course is offered every week.

Pillow menu

Selection of different pillows, for use in the hotel only on loan. In the rooms there is always one 40x80cm and two 2x40cm pillows per person.

Anyone who comes to us will certainly quickly notice that one or the other is different. We have put a lot of thought into the subject of LIFEStyle in order to give our guests a special living and feel-good experience. Of course, colors, shapes and materials are just as much a part of it as thinking about a concept. Our concept is based on the virtues of the supreme discipline in design, timeless design. A connection of old traditional colors and shapes reissued (retro), particularly elegant in presentation (chic) ​​and sometimes a bit glamorous (stylish) so "retro-chic-stylish". This is how the new areas were created and the old ones were gradually redesigned over time.

Prevention according to §20 SGB

The Nordic walking and spinal gymnastics courses are certified according to §20 SGB.

Guests who have booked one of our prevention weeks will receive the

Guests who have included the use of the course free of charge in the arrangement cannot receive this certificate, as they do not pay any fee for the course.

If you would like to take part in individual courses, please register at the hotel reception by 15:00 p.m. the day before. The meeting point for spinal gymnastics is in front of the fitness room and the meeting point for Nordic walking is in the hotel lobby.

Parking

We have a free on-site car park. We don't have an underground car park.

Restaurant opening times

B Fine

The opening times:

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 18 p.m. to 21:30 p.m.
When making a reservation for our 6-course menu, please note the following:
Placement takes place between 18 p.m. and 19:30 p.m.
The surcharge for half board is €25 per person. Reservations are only possible for a maximum of 4 people who belong together. The surcharge may vary on public holidays.

Restaurant Cook& Style

If you have booked bed and breakfast, it is possible to add the 4-course menu for an additional charge of 49,00 euros per person (subject to availability).

The placement times are from 18:00 PM to 20:45 PM. We allocate tables every 15 minutes; please let us know your preferred time in advance.

The placement times for groups (from 5 people) are also every 15 minutes from 18:00 p.m. to 18:45 p.m. and from 20:00 p.m.

For groups of more than 6 people, you may be seated at multiple tables, as we don't have blackboards. We ask for your understanding.

Smoking

We are a non-smoking hotel, smoking in the room is prohibited.

If your room has a balcony, you are welcome to smoke on it. Ask reception for an ashtray. The entire SPA area + the outdoor areas of the SPA are non-smoking areas. You are welcome to smoke on the restaurant's outdoor terrace.

Season times

In September and October, the wine season here on the Moselle, a season surcharge is added.
This is €1 per person per night for 2-9,00 nights and €3 ​​per person per night for 6,00 nights or more.

A minimum stay of 3 nights often applies over the public holidays if they follow a weekend.

Christmas and New Years Eve Only our Christmas and New Year's offers apply. 

Of course, our spa area is also open for you on public holidays.

For  Weekend bookings If you arrive on a Thursday or Friday, there is an additional weekend surcharge of €22 per person.

At the weekend, the day of arrival is usually Friday and the stay is at least 2 nights.

An arrival or departure on one Saturday is only possible on request.

Cancellation

We offer one Flex rate and a Offer Rate

Within the Flex rate you have the possibility to cancel at short notice up to 15 p.m. on the day before arrival.

Within the Offer Rate enjoy the lower price and have to pay the travel price in full immediately after booking.
In the event of cancellation, the travel price is non-refundable. In addition, the stay cannot be rebooked at the offer rate.
You are welcome to take out a travel cancellation insurance of your choice with this package as well.

Trust shop

You are welcome to help yourself at our new Trust Bar on the ground floor. This is on the way to the lifestyle building. (No.54)

There you will find various snacks, drinks but also hygiene items and much more. 

Simply take the desired product and put the slip in the letter box, then we will add this to your room bill.

Meals

We offer our breakfast buffet from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

From 14:00 p.m. to 16:00 p.m. we offer our afternoon snack in our Cook& Style restaurant.

From 18:00 p.m. to 21:30 p.m. we offer you our daily changing 4-course menu.

Our B-Fine restaurant is also open for you on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. There you will be served a 25-course menu for a surcharge of €6 per person.

We are happy to offer you a stay including breakfast buffet or with our Kurfürsten-Pension (3/4 board).

If you have booked bed and breakfast, you can add the 4-course menu for an additional €49,00 per person (subject to availability).

Unfortunately we do not offer à la carte.

Laundry service

We are happy to wash your laundry. Please fill out the laundry card and put it in the laundry bag. You can find both in your wardrobe.

Dear guests, there are a few rules so that all guests feel comfortable with us.

It would be very nice if you follow these rules.

Children

Small guests up to the age of 14 are allowed to stay in the panorama pool in the presence of their parents. Furthermore, small guests may use the outdoor pool until 12 p.m. and from 16 p.m. in the presence of their parents. Please quietly and with consideration for the other guests.

Dress code

Please only enter the spa area with blue overshoes or bathing shoes.

Please only use swimwear in all pools.

We serve your breakfast individually in your room. Please order the day before. You will receive an order form for this at the reception.

Room cleaning:

For reasons of sustainability, we have changed our cleaning intervals so that your room is now only cleaned every second day.

If you still want your room to be cleaned every day, we ask that you hang the "Please clean up" sign on the outside of your room door by 12 p.m.
